Carp,fishing-
After several people telling me about the fish Carp, and that they refuse to eat it based I think on the unusual order they produce after catching, and the recipe that the very select few come up with, It occurs to me that after carefull preperation, and time, salt and pepper, garlic, sit a couple of days in salt and garlic water, (marinated), then add salt, pepper, oregano, onion, diced tomates, corn meal(yellow) vegetable oil, thyme, and whatever other ingredient you may want to add, and bake for two hours(my oven tempurature is set at 375), will find out how it comes out.
