The word "experience"!

Since 1972 just before my graduation in 1973, I've had the unfortunate time and experience of having to encounter at countless interviews of various jobs, down through time, of having to prove my ability of performing various duties of work required to get hired-ONLY to face discrimination and setback and victim of selective hiring practices by employers of which to obtain upper level of employement in which to self improve OF which they flat out refuse to allow me to accomplish, only due to reasonable lack of proper training, OF which they advertise "no training required and/or needed". JUST where do these employers expect a possible candidate to gain and get the neccessary tools and experience if nobody hires people with just a high school diploma(of which the federal government lied about way back in the late sixties. Therefore the word nowadays has become as before a foul "4 letter" word. Leaving me absolutley disgusted with the whole matter of even thinking of applying to those companies that choose to discriminate. This country and government wants to financially improve the job market, and the hiring of candidates, well lets start at the base of it all, get rid of selective hiring and discrimination.
